Can I exchange or return my product?
Yes of course you can. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but if not then please see below with details on how you can return or exchange your purchase.
If you want to exchange my stickers for others, you are welcome to do so for a full refund (less postage costs) and subject to the following conditions:
All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original packaging)
You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order
You are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs, we suggest when sending them back you request a signature from our end and insured.
We will not refund any returns shipping costs.
- Returns from overseas must be marked as a 'return' on the packaging as we do not accept returns that incur any import tax fees
PLEASE NOTE: The original shipping costs will be refunded unless you reject the delivery. My Playroom UK reserves the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return period, or items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or packaging.
